The Scientific Program of the 17th Panhellenic Orthodontic Congress will include oral and poster presentations.

The abstract of the paper sent should not exceed 250 words and must include the sections: introduction, aim, materials & method, results and conclusions and must be submitted in English.

If the paper refers to an interesting clinical case, after the introduction, the rarity or originality of the material should be mentioned, the problem’s brief details and treatment, while for the interesting techniques, after the short introduction there should be an extensive description of the technique and assessment of its effectiveness. The papers must be complete and conclusions such as e.g. “results will be drawn after the statistical processing of the data” will not be deemed adequate.

  • Each participant can present up to one (1) Oral and one (1) Poster presentation
  • Each oral presentation must be concluded in 8 minutes so there are 2 minutes time for questions. Under no circumstances the presentation can exceed the 10-minute duration.
  • The posters will be 97cmx180cm maximum

The abstract submission can be completed only via the online form on the official site of the congress.

The abstracts will be sent to the Scientific Committee of the congress and the papers that will be accepted to be presented, will be published in the Abstract Book and the site of the congress. The papers that do not follow the guidelines will be send for resubmission if the time permits it, otherwise they will not be accepted.
